- This study studies to find out about Micro Creation product marketing systems at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Genteng Branch of Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of collecting this data is through direct interviews with parties. The results of this study reveal how to run a Micro Creation product marketing system that is already running with the procedures provided by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Genteng Branch. In the implementation of the marketing system of Micro Creation products of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) This Tile Branch consists of: 1. Preparing and completing brochures provided by PT. Pegadaian (Persero), 2. Distributing brochures (door to door) to public places, 3. and registering prospective buyers who need loans.
