- The aim of this research to identify and provide descriptive description. How to disclose intellectual capital of website official that conducy by the best non- vocational collage in Indonesia, base on IAPS 4.0. This research conduct on 86 websites from non-vocational, especially in claster one and two. Object retrieval is taken by clustering which refers to kemenristekdikti. The technique data analysis used analysis content. The result of the study shower that not all item in intellectual capital disclousure could be disclosed on the official website of non-vocational universities in Indonesia. In addition, there are still many websites that are difficult for users to access.
