- The purpose of the research is to exemine the effect of financial performance, firm size, and capital structure to firm value. The population of this research are 54 property and real estate firm in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2018. The sample of this research are 32 firm that selected based on purposive sampling techniques. The research used multiple linear regression analysis as an data analysis method. The result showed that financial performance and capital structure have a positive effect on the firm value. But firm size have a negative effect on the firm value.
