- The academic information system of Muhammadiyah 8 Siliragung Vocational high school is an academic data management information system that includes student, teacher, grades, attendance and student financial data. Implementing an academic information system can solve problems regarding how of the administration can find and process student, teacher, grades, attendance and financial data more easily. So with these advantages theacademic process at Muhammadiyah 8 Siliragung Vocational high school be more effective and efficient. In this research the system design uses the waterfall method which is divided into 4 phases, namely system analysis, system design, implementation, and testing by offering good UML formation and sequential system workmanship based on the waterfall phase. implementing the MVC architecture (Model, View, Controller) which separates data processing (model) with the interface displayed by the system (View) and how to organize the data for display (Controller).
