- Infrastructure development in the transportation sector plays an important role in building economic and socio-cultural values in certain regions. The construction of the Gempol - Pasuruan toll road is part of the Trans Java toll road network project that links between cities in the East Java region. The Gempol - Pasuruan toll road project has a length of 34.15 kilometers connecting between Gempol and the city of Pasuruan. The Gempol - Pasuruan toll road is divided into 3 sections, namely 3A along 4.5 kilometers (STA. 20 + 500 - STA. 25 + 000), 3B along 6 kilometers (STA. 25 + 000 - STA .. 31 + 000) , 3C along 3,153 (STA. 31 + 000 - STA. 34 + 153). This plan is intended to analyze curved steel bridges rather than through arches. This bridge is designed with a span of 75 meters in the Rejoso region, Pasuruan. As a result of analysis and calculation, the dimensions of the vehicle floor plate use the main reinforcement D10-100 mm, the sidewalk uses the main reinforcement Ø10-100 mm, the longitudinal girder uses WF 400x200x7x11 mm, and uses cross beams WF 700x300x13x24 mm, girder box 700x400x20 mm, hanging rods using a 400x200x7x11 mm rod, a hanger using a diameter of 6 cm, the main bridge structure uses 900x600x20 mm box profile, wind bond WF 300x300x10x15 mm, the bridge structure uses an elastomer as high as 160 mm and bearings 500 mm x 800 mm. Each element is connected using bolts and welds.
