  • This research is motivated by the rapid development of coworking space in Malang City. One form of promotion that aims to bring and efforts to introduce the target market to coworking space with the implementation of the event. Event is a Public Relations activity, where in every event implementation implements the functioning of Public Relations, the researcher wants to know how the implementation of the Public Relations function in each division in Ngalup coworking space management which consists of eleven divisions when carrying out events with different themes namely startup workshops, collabloodrative , and anniversary. Public Relations functions are divided into nine parts, namely internal relations, publicity, advertising, news agencies, public affairs, issue management, lobbying, investor relations and development into concepts used by researchers. The function part which is divided into nine is the Public Relations task that is needed by the organization to achieve the goal of making good thoughts in the eyes of the public. The research method used is descriptive qualitative type, naturalistic basis. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews and documentation. The first data analysis technique is data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Public Relations function in the management of coworking space Ngalup in the event does not apply as a whole. The Public Relations function used is from Cutlip, Center, and Broom, only five of the nine Public Relations functions implemented are the function of internal relations, publicity, advertising, news agency, and development. The Public Relations function implemented in the event implementation is a special activity of Public Relations so that the event becomes a means to create a good image of the organization.
