- This study aims to determine the effect of company growth, leverage, company size, and managerial ownership on dividend policy on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017. The research sample is 50 with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques with secondary data. The data is taken from data published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis u ses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study found that company growth and company size affect the dividend policy while leverage and managerial ownership do not affect the dividend policy.
