- Sumenep area began in 2017 with a total theft of 22 cases, then in 2018 a total of 30 cases took place at the Sumenep Regional Police Station. Based on the above problems, the authors raise the topic of research to avoid theft, using Arduino technology is expected to be easier to use and also has advantages in installation. The use of Arduino Mega 2560 brain technology utilizes alarms. The sensor used is a magnetic sensor. By opening the magnetic sensor placed on the door frame and then brought closer to the magnet on the edge of the door. When the door is opened at a certain hour it will sound a sound.
