- This study examines the impact of the existence of a micro hiro power plant in the socio-economic life of the Sumberwuluh Village community, Lumajang Regency. The purpose of this research is to describe and identify the impacts of the presence of PLTMH on people's lives, as well as describe and explain the constraints of PLTMH on social and economic life of the community in Sumberwuluh Village, KajarKuning Hamlet, Candipuro District, Lumajang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive. The study used a purposive technique in terms of determining the research subject. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show the impact of the existence of PLTMH has provided living space such as the lighting in every street corner, starting the community activities at night, providing learning spaces for school children, as well as businesses in small and large scale.
