  • This research aims to identify factors - what factors lead to satisfaction and job dissatisfaction in UPT. Library and Information UMM. In this research uses descriptive quantitative method. The subject of this research is all employees of UPT. Library and Information UMM both permanent employees and contract employees; its entirety, which took place on campus I, II, III and mosques; numbered 26 people. Data collection method used is questionnaire method. Where to find the factors - factors of satisfaction and job dissatisfaction are used 9 items of job satisfaction factors are: 1Pekerjaan an interesting and challenging 2Kesempatan for achievement or success of achieving success and recognition 3Pengakuan 4Rasa 5Kemajuan responsibilities in career and personal growth 6Gaji income, the perceived benefits fair 7Penyeliaan 8Rekan-9Kondisi colleagues who support the work of support. After the data were analyzed using the percentage method will generate data that is a factor - factor satisfaction and job dissatisfaction as follows: Job satisfaction factors are: 1. Factors working conditions menujang 76% 2. Factors sense of responsibility 75% responsibility 3. Factors interesting and challenging work 74% Job dissatisfaction factors: 1. Supervisory factor 59% 2. Factors opportunity to excel or achieve success achievement success 52% 3. Factor income salary, benefits perceived equitable rewards 49% fair
