- The existence of the Twitter Lite application that has been accessed is very helpful for Twitter users to be able to do social media activities anywhere and anytime without constrained a weak internet connection, memory usage and saving data [1]. But this has not been able to indicate that the application has been received well, because it has not been measured the perception of the people who use the application [2]. The importance of knowing the user's experience when using a product can also be done by knowing the user's perception. User experience, as a subjective construction, is important to be transferred and measured into objective data, to conduct comparative research [3]. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents and analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM) data with AMOS, Smart PLS and SPSS software programs. The research model uses the basic technology acceptance model (TAM) and SQB for the original variables [4], namely perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward use, and actual use. The findings of the three superiority factors offered by Twitter Lite are related to the perceived ease of use and usefulness of new technologies, the availability of obtaining information, and confirmation from users who can get information well, but the results obtained from sunk costs, trantition costs and inertia in this study shows the expected value is less influential or insignificant, which means some of the advantages offered include low memory, 2G, 3G networks and quota savings. It turns out from the results above it can be concluded that the user's perception is not so concerned with some of the superior offered by Twitter Lite.
