Pengaruh Fungsi Keluarga (Asah, Asih, Asuh) Terhadap Keberhasilan Penatalaksanaan Hipertensi Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Junrejo, Kota Batu

- Hypertension has high morbidity and mortality in Indonesia. Family environment is one of the factors that influence individual’s health level. Family function is divided into 3 aspects, those are asah, asih, and asuh. When 3 aspects’ function work properly, it’s expected that asah, asih, asuh can help individual to prevent and to assist hypertension treatment. Objective: To assess the impact of family function on the success of hypertension management in Junrejo Public Health Service working area. Method: analytical observational study with cross-sectional approach. Sample was 103 participants by simple random sampling method. The instrument is questionnaire family function which the analysis was Chi-square test. Result and discussion: The majority category of family function in hypertension patients is on good enough category that was 69,9 % participants. 61,2% out of 72 Participants with good enough family function have uncontrolled blood pressure. Result of Chi-square test has p-value 0,000 which means there is a significant impact of family function (asah, asih, asuh) on the success of hypertension management in Junrejo Public Health Service working area. Conclusion: There is a impact between family function (Asah, Asih, Asuh) on the success of hypertension management in Junrejo Public Health Service working area.
