- This research is motivated by the phenomenon that entertainment shows, especially on videos uploaded by the DPR RI YouTube account: (1) every comedy material displayed by komika always presents an allusion (2) komika uses various variations in conveying satire, starting from the satire smooth to sarcastic nature. Based on this background, the researchers formulated two problems that would be used as research, namely (1) the form of satire in the style of komika stand up comedy on the DPR RI YouTube account and (2) the satire strategy form said by komika stand up comedy on the DPR RI YouTube account . The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data source in this study was taken from a stand up comedy video that had been uploaded by the DPR RI YouTube account which was later transcribed in writing. The research data is in the form of verbal or words spoken by all komika viewers involved in the event. The results of this study are as follows. First, on the video uploaded by the RI DPR's YouTube account in conveying his satire there are five forms of majors used, namely the irony, cynicism, sarcasm, satire and innuendo. In conveying satire, komika more often displays sarcasm on the character and behavior of the members of the board, when alluding to the character of Komika more often mentions the character of a selfish board member. Whereas in nature, komika often alludes to discipline and the lazy nature of board members on duty. Second, there are strategies used by Komika in conveying innuendos including Point of view, Set-up, Punch line, Personal, and Self bullying. In a stand up comedy performance, this strategy is intended so that the material that has been made by a comic can be conveyed well by the listeners, because if you make stand up comedy material without using a strategy, then the comedy will be less interesting to listen to. In a stand up comedy show the use and accuracy of the strategy is very important, because even though a comedian has very good material but is not supported by the use of good strategies, a stand up comedy material will be felt useless to display to the listener, just as when convey a satire, if a komika does not use the right strategy in conveying satire, this will make the person who is insinuated feel offended.
