- This research was conducted with the aim to find out the rice farming system of legowo row planting system and tiled planting system, explaining the cost structure of rice farming legowo row planting system and tiled planting system and calculating production, revenue, income, efficiency of rice farming legowo row planting system and tiled planting system . The research location was in Sumi Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The research method with qualitative analysis is in the form of descriptive analysis to describe the characteristics of rice farming in the jajar legowo planting system and the tiled planting system and conducting quantitative analysis to determine differences in cost structure and income analysis also using independent samples t-test. The results showed that the rice farming system of the legowo row planting system and the tiled planting system was beneficial because it had an efficiency value (R / C ratio) greater than one. Rice farming in Lambu Sub-district, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara uses the 4:1 jajar legowo planting system and the rice farming system in the form of tiled planting in the form of tiled or arrangement of tiled at home. The rice farming system of the legowo jajar planting system and the tiled planting system each receives an average total cost of Rp. 13.489.842 and Rp. 12.692.125. Legowo row rice farming system produces an average production of 6,47 tons/ha/season, the average income of Rp. 15.541.492/ha/season, the average income of Rp. 2.051.650/ha/season and average efficiency (R / C ratio) of 1,15 and the tiled rice farming system produced an average production of 5,67 tons/ha/season, the average revenue of Rp 13.614.940/ha/season, then an average income of Rp 922.815/ha/season, and an average efficiency (R / C ratio) of 1,07 and all of these are greater than rice farming with a tiled system. The results of the study found that there were significant differences in the rice farming system of the legowo row system and the tiled system in Lambu District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.
