The problem that is always experienced by people with HIV is treated discriminatively, starting from the family, workplace and as a result, people living with HIV have experienced various problems ranging from stress, isolation and helplessness in their lives due to being fired from the workplace. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research uses the case study research method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, and data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion / verification. The purpose of this study is to find out what stigma develops in the community of ODHA, to find out what causes the stigma of ODHA, to find out what the consequences of the emergence of stigma against people with ODHA. The results of this study obtain the fact that there is still a lot of negative stigma given by the community against ODHA, which eventually leads to discrimination against ODHA. Inaccurate information about the spread of the HIV and AIDS virus is one of the causes of the emergence of stigma and discrimination against ODHA.
