- Background: Duration of traffic air pollution exposure decrease of the lung function. The Riders of taxi motorcycle has risk to decrease their lung function due to the exposure of traffic air pollution. Objective: To determine the correlation between duration of traffic air pollution exposure and the lung function of Taxi Motorcycle Riders in Malang. Methods: Analytical observational research with cross sectional design, data was analyzed by using the Pearson correlation with SPSS 24. Research and Discussion Results: There was a correlation between working period with FVC. the score of correlation pearson is -0,694, it show that the increase of working period would decrease FVC. however, there was no correlation between Duration of Working in a day with FVC and FEV1/FVC Conclusion: There was a correlation between duration of traffic air pollution Exposure with FVC in riders of taxi motorcycle in Malang City.
