- The Cokroaminoto Road section of Probolinggo has many local industrial centers that belong to individual groups as well as private and public. And it includes a large catchment area in the city of Probolinggo, because the road is central to the path of the famous factories in the city of Probolinggo. This leads to high parking needs in this area so that it uses a road agency for parking service. This road should be smoother for rider comfort and to make the development of the economy stable. With this problem, should be carried out review of road performance as an effort to make comfort on this Cokroaminoto Hos road. After the observer got the value of road capacity on the road of Hos Cokroaminoto when peak time occurred during working day with two-way flow is 1110.89 junior/hour, traffic flow (Q) IE 791.25 SMP/jam. Later, the degree of saturation (DS) on the Cokroaminoto Hos Road in Probolinggo is 0.73 which means that it is still quite compliant with MKJI 1997 requirements with service levels or the level of convenience of the road that the observer can provide is class C (0.45-0.74). The availability of the parking bag is still fulfilling during this area, but there are less availability of buildings to park in this area.
