- Water is very important in all aspects. Too little even an excessive amount of water, both will also causing a problem. Therefore, planning a drainage system design and clean water distribution are very important to be implemented precisely. The Bumi Podo Rukun residence construction started in 2018 is located at Sumbersekar, DAU, Malang. Bumi Podo Rukun residence has 450 unit with 2250 lives. From the calculation, the domestic sector needs 3,91 lt/sc amount of clean water. Meanwhile, for the non domestic sector needs 0,104 lt/sc of clean water. The amount of clean water increase to 5,534 lt/sc on the maximum necessity per day. 7,219 lt/sc is obtained for the peak hour consumption. Therefore, with calculation of the clean water necessity, the water can be distributed equally. The drainage system design in Bumi Podo Rukun residence using a reinforced concrete material with four different types of dimention. The drainage with four different dimention can accomodate water discharge caused by the rain and domestic water discharge. (0,3 m x 0,45 m), (0,4 m x 0,6 m), (0,5 m x 0,65 m), (0,6 m x 0,75 m).
