- The Problem of determining the amount of production in a company often faced by a company. The factor is the number of goods producted is not accordance with costumers needs, the result in stockpiling of goods that can lead to corperate losses. Determination of production quantities can be completed by using linear program model. Some ways to solve the problem with the linear program model, among which is solved by Simplex Method. The Simplex Method solves the optimization problem by constructing the completion tables based on certain steps before the compilation of the function table of the constraints and the objective function must be adjusted to its terms. Mask Productions Cosmetics in this research is Aocantik which is focused in production in organic beauty care and sales their products. With limited resources by working time, working time and with any variants they had make production of mask can’t be predicted. Many factor from all problems, the solution for this problem is making application with production optimized using simplex method based on website. With using variable of total work time, total raw materials, working time needs, raw materials needs, and product profit as goal function. The result of optimization production is how much of a product must be proucted based on the limitations of raw materials and available work time, as well as the maximum profit that will be received.
