- Unemployment is one of the constraints in the economy in Indonesia. Therefore it is essential the implementation of economic development for the welfare of citizens or residents of the area, as well as to determine the economic growth and the minimum wage on unemployment in the districts and in the city of East Java, and to know how much economic growth, the minimum wage and the number of unemployed in the District and cities in East Java. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of data obtained from the annual report of the Government of East Java province, in the form of secondary data in the data panel (pooling data), which is a combination of coherent time series data time series and data Cross section. Sources of data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), East Java 2010-2014. Data collection techniques in this research is the documentation technique, they are written data collection or an existing document by the relevant agencies, namely the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of East Java province in the form of economic growth data, the minimum wage, and the number of unemployed East Java Province Year of 2010- 2014. The variables in this study are variable dependent and independent variables. The dependent variable is the number of unemployed in 2010-2014 at the district / city in East Java province, and the independent variables is Economic Growth (X1) on the amount of goods within a certain time period between districts / cities in East Java province in 2010-2014.
