- Village funds are funds that are obtained or funds channeled through the State budget for income and expenditure that are allocated to the village in order to build villages, prosper the community, and also to empower the community. However, the issue of Village Fund management in Sedayulawas is that the Sedayulawas Village government is still not transparent in implementing Village Fund management in Sedayulawas Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency This study used descriptive qualitative method. While the data collection techniques are observation, interview, documentation study. Primary data research on the performance of legislative members in the form of observation and interviews. While the technique of data collection is done by observation, interview, observation. Theory in this study uses the theory of village financial management. The results of the study, researchers used the concept of village financial management with several indicators namely Planning Indicators, Implementation Indicators, Administration Indicators and Accountability Report Indicators. The conclusion of this study, that in the management of Village Funds in Sedayulawas Village has been running in accordance with existing regulations, it is evident that the Sedayulawas Village government in managing the Village Fund originated from planning, implementation, administration, and accountability reports. however, in the process of implementing the development from January to May, the village government borrowed from the third party to carry out development starting from buying material and paying the laborers to carry out development first. Because the new village government received the Village Fund in June.
