- As an initial link in the grouper production system, seed supply is afactor limitingbecause grouper seeds often cannot be provided in sufficient quantities. To meet the needs of seeds, can be pursued through hatchery houses in a controlled manner. One of the grouper hatchery locations is in Pasir Putih Village, Bungatan Subdistrict, Situbondo Regency, the location is a coastal area and the main center in the home-scale hatchery business in Situbondo Regency. The method used in this study is a case study survey method with the object of research are owners and employees in household scale hatcheries in Pasir Putih Village, Bungatan District, Situbondo Regency. Some analytical methods used are Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B / C), Break Even Point (BEP), Payback Period and Principal Sales Results. The results of the hatchling grouper hatchery are profitable and earn Rp. 66,560,000 Per cycle and annual income of Rp.26,240,000, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (net R / C Ratio) of 4.3, Break Even Point (BEP) experienced a break-even point of production at a price of Rp. 73,063,784 and will break even when production results are 22,832, Result staple sales (HPP) is 1,355 and Payback Period (PP) is 1.02.
