- Construction and planning of the road are important transportation infrastructure in the sustainable development of a regency. The function of road is connecting one regency to another regency. The construction of road have purpose to increase economic, social activities and advance a regency. The road Mamberamo-Elelim II is connected road from Jayapura Regency and Wamena Regency. The road is in Yalimo Regency. Therefore, the road facilities and infrastructure have to good, comfortable, safe and suitable. The purpose of this plan is to find out the thickness of the flexible pavement and rigid pavement. The method used is the component analysis method for flexible pavement and the 2003 bina marga method for rigid pavement. From the results of calculations that have been made in this final project, then for the flexible pavement construction the thickness of the surface course is obtained 7,5 cm (Laston 744), the thickness of sub base course is obtained 20 cm (Batu pecah kelas A), and the base course is obtained 17 cm (Sirtu kelas B). As for the rigid pavement construction, the thickness of surface course is obtained 18 cm (Mutu beton K-250), the thickness of sub base course is obtained 10 cm.
