- Background: PHBS is an action or behavior carried out by someone in their daily life both at home or at work where those actions or behaviors affect the health of that person. In this study, researchers tried to determine the relationship between PHBS and the health status of TPS workers in lowokwaru sub-district. Research Methods: The design of this study used total sampling, on 22-28 January 2016 in the municipal waste disposal site (TPS) of the sub-district of Malang City (n = 57). Respondents from this study were the workers of landfills taken by cross sectional method. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-Square Test. Results: The results of research on landfill workers with the calculation of the chi-square test obtained p value = 0,000 <0.05 then Ho was rejected, the results obtained showed that there was a relationship between PHBS and the health status of TPS workers in lowokwaru sub-district. Conclusion: There is a Relationship between Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) with the Health Status of Waste Disposal Workers (TPS) in Lowokwaru District.
