- The social actions of environmental preservation in Lemah Putih Hamlet, Sumber Brantas Bumiaji Batu Village, were stars only the community of environmental activists and their followers. As a consequnce, the Lemah Putih hamlet was mostly affected by floods, landslides and damage of agricultural land. This study aims to explore social actions to maintain the preservation of value-oriented environment in Lemah Putih Village and its supporting and inhibiting factors. The theory used was the Parsons Social Action theory. The location of this research in Lemah Putih Hamlet. This research was conducted from 2017 to 2019. Key informants who were the source of this research data were the community leaders of the environmental activist, Ms. Lestari Tirto, environmental activists, environmental advocacy, groups of organic farmers, local government. The data collection and analysis method uses the Spradley ethnographic method. Based on these theories and methods, results were obtained (1) in building awareness of social actions that value-oriented environmental conservation in Lemah Putih Village was pioner by the Hang Lestari Tirto as figure of activist Community, oriented to local wisdom of values. Awareness of social actions to preserve the environment received high appreciation from citizen and government after the hamlet was hit by disasters and environmental damage. The appreciation was in the form of active participation of citizens and government in various environmental preservation activities; (2) As a system, supporting factors for social action in environmental conservation must be strengthened, while the inhibiting factors must be eliminated with strict sanctions. Based on the results of the analysis, the findings of the environmental preservation values in the Lemah Putih Hamlet are the values of the San-Tri local wisdom. These value was taught by the Tirto Hang Lestari Community. The fundamental goal of this research was human prosperity and safety. Social actions in the form of cooperation and harmony to maintain environmental harmony. The ethical values was respectible more old and more knowledge. Based on the above findings, it is recommended to citizen and government to continue to strive to preserve the environment of San-Tri-oriented environment.
