- Kali Suci is located in Jetis Hamlet, Semanu, Gunung kidul Regency, Yogyakarta, which covers two villages, they are Semanu and Pacarejo Villages. In absolute terms, Kali Suci is located at the coordinates of 49L 460275 mT and 9114780 mU with an elevation of 152 meters above sea level. Kali Suci itself has a discharge of 0.228 m3 / sec with a 3.3 meter head. Kali Suci also has the potential as a Micro Hydro Power Plant, that power plant is a small-scale hydroelectric power plant, where the power generated is <1 Mega Watt, this generator is a form of energy change from water with a certain height and certain debit to become electricity with using turbines and generators. The purpose of designing this PLTMH prototype to help the local communities easy to understand about MHP and can apply it in environments that have the potential for hydroelectric power generation. The data obtained for the PLTMH prototype making process is the actual data. The design method includes the design of the MHP prototype concept, and detailed design. The results of design calculations with 3.3 meters head, discharge 0.228 m3 / sec, water speed 45.78 m / sec, Turbine Power 5.905 Kw, and Generator Power generated is 5.312 KW .
