  • The research purpose is to know the effect of interaction of Growth Regulator Substance (ZPT) BAP and Indole Butyric Acid (IBA) toward viability cutting vanilla. This research was conducted since July and finished on September 2006. Whereas implementation place of this research in seeding house CV. CAKRA BUANA. This research was conducted use complete random planning )RAL), consist of 2 factors, whereas first factor was concentrate treatment of Growth Regulator Substance BAP and second factor was concentrate treatment of IBA. The first factor (C) there are 4 treatment and 1 control, whereas the second factor (A) there were 3 treatment and 1 control by 3 repeatedly each other, so that in this research there are 60 units experiment, and from each of it there are 4 sample, so that whole crops there are 240 crops, whereas concentration experiment treatment as follows C0: 0 ppm. C1: 0,2 ppm, C2: 0,4 ppm, C3: 0,6 ppm and C4: 0,8 ppm. Whereas for the second factor are A0: 0 ppm, A1: 0, 2 ppm, A2: 0, 4 ppm and A3: 0, 6 ppm. Parameter involved: Begin arise bud, growth fast of root, begin arise of bud, amount of leaf, content of leaf chlorophyll and diameter of stem. Happening real interaction between addition of growth regulator substance BAP 0,2 to 0,8 ppm and IBA 0,2 to 0,6 ppm, at observation variable of begin arise root, long of root, begin arise bud and able to increase long of bud at medium G90. Addition concentration BAP 0,2 to 0,8 ppm separately hasn’t able to increase growth of vanilla at medium G90, whereas addition of growth regulator substance Indole Butyric Acid (IBA) 0,2 to 0,6 ppm able to increase amount of leaf, increasing content of chlorophyll at bud leaf and at stem diameter of vanilla bud.
