- This study intended to determine how the influence of GDRP, total of hotels and minimum wage to employment of the tourism sector in the hotel sub-sector in East Java Province in 2013-2015. The researcher used a model of multiple regression analysis of panel data by testing the hypothesis of F-tests, t-tests, the coefficient of determination R2. In this study, the researcher found that GDRP variables had positive and significant impact to employment in east java province from 2013 until 2015. The total hotel variables had positive and significant impact to employment in east java province since 2013-2015. The minimum wage variables had negative and significant effect on employment in east java province in 2013 – 2015.
