- The purpose of this thesis is to find out the factors that can influence domestic demand for broiler chickens in Indonesia and how these factors influence those domestic demand. The data used in this thesis is the time series data from 2000 - 2016 from the Central Bureau of Statistics. In this thesis using fixed variable which is the domestic demand for chicken meat while the independent variables include the number of population, the price of meat, the price of live chicken meat and the price of feed. The data and information obtained were analyzed through descriptive methods and quantitative models of panel data regression models with e view program 6. The results showed that the factors which influence domestic chicken demand in Indonesia are the number of chicken populations and the price of chicken. While the price of live chickens and feed prices do not affect significanly on demand. Variable population of broilers, the price of chicken meat, the price of live chickens and feed prices affected 82,9% of the demand for domesic chicken in Indonesia while the remaining 17.1% was influenced by other variables.
