  • Seaweed is a sea plant which is one of the commodities that has high economic value. Seaweed is generally traded in the form of hydrocolloid products (carrageenan, gelatin, and alginate). PT. Galic Bina Mada is one company that is engaged in food, namely processing Euchema cottoni seaweed into kappa carrageenan flour. To face the global market, product quality is the main concern of PT. Galic Bina Mada. Companies need to get recognition both nationally and internationally that states that the products and systems that have been used are in accordance with standards. The standard used by PT. Galic Bina Mada to guarantee the products produced are through ISO 9001: 2015, HACCP, and HrACCP / Halal. Consistent application will affect customer loyalty and the quality of products produced. This study aims to describe the application of the ISO 9001: 2015, HACCP, and HrACCP quality assurance systems at PT. Galic Bina Mada. This type of research is descriptive and analyzed by qualitative methods.
