A methode of research that we use is descriptive cualitative by personal approaching in political party and interview to elite politic. Subject of research determined by commite of political party and collected by methode of interview, observation, and documentation. Analizing of research by using cualitative in order to describe and developed. Result of election and interview that political party of PKB has good perform by approaching Kiai, Blater, Pondok Pesantren, and public organization, beside candidate of PKB is public figure “KH. M. Kholil”. Not only that PKB Bangkalan Regional but also PKB approach the massa exceed public agenda such a pengajian, tahlilal and istighosah beside, bay giving the costom and attribut for only the candidate is incumben.
