- The research objective is to describe leadership, organizational culture and performance, to find out and analyze leadership and organizational culture partially influencing performance, to know and analyze leadership and organizational culture simultaneously influencing performance and to test among the most influential leadership and organizational culture on performance. The population in this study were 85 employees of the Department of Food Security in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, South Kalimantan, the data analysis technique in this study was the analysis of the scale range and multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The results showed that the conditions of leadership, organizational culture and performance included in the high category. Leadership and organizational culture partially affect performance, Leadership and organizational culture simultaneously influence performance and Leadership most influential on performance.
