- The purpose of this research is to analyze how the level of compliance with village financial management based on Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 regarding the implementation of the village financial system (siskeudes) and what are the factors that cause non-compliance in its implementation. This research uses descriptive qualitative data analysis methods using primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by interview and documentation. Data analysis technique is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study indicate that of the five stages of village financial management only one stage is in accordance with Permendagri Number 113 of 2014, namely at the implementation stage, while for the other four stages there are still mismatches of indicators at each stage, namely the planning stage, the stage administration, the reporting stage, and the accountability stage. so it can be concluded that in the management of village finances it can be said to be quite obedient.
