- The study was conducted for 1 (one) month, starting in July 2019. The research was conducted in the Kembang Village "Kampung Lele" Pacitan Regency, East Java Province. The method used in this research is a survey method with case studies. The number of samples taken was 10 respondents. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of productivity of catfish culture in Kembang Village "Kampung Lele" Pacitan Regency. Furthermore, to find out the factors that influence the productivity of catfish farming in Kembang Village "Kampung Lele" Pacitan Regency. The results showed that the productivity value of catfish cultivation business in Kembang Village "Kampung Lele" Pacitan Regency based on the area of land produced a value of 27 kg/m2, then the productivity value based on unit costs resulted in a value of Rp.13,143, - indicating that the costs incurred by farmers to produce 1 kg of catfish is Rp. 13,143/kg. Furthermore, the factors that influence the productivity of catfish farming in Kembang Village "Kampung Lele" Pacitan Regency include the number of seeds used, which are an average of 10,500 individuals, the average area of land used is 42.9 meters2, the weight of feed used is an average of 338 kg and Feed The average Conventio Ratio (FCR) is 1.02.
