- This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Growth, Minimum Wages Regency / City and Education Against the Level of Unemployment in the District / City of Banten Province. The tool used in this study is panel data regression with hypothesis testing namely F Test, t Test and R2 Determination Coefficient. The results of this study indicate that economic growth has no significant effect on the level of open unemployment in Banten with a coefficient of -0.195165 and the results of the probability of 0.4164, while the minimum wage has a negative effect on the level of open unemployment in Banten with a coefficient of -0.355366 with a probability result of 0.0000, and education has a significant negative effect on the level of open unemployment in Banten with a coefficient of -1.313214 and a probability of 0.0493.On the results of a coefficient of determination of 68% it shows that 68% of the open unemployment rate is influenced by economic growth, minimum wages and education. While 32% is explained by other variables outside the model
