- PT Hasil Alam Tani Nelayan Indonesia is a company engaged in the fishing product industry. The company's sales are through exports to China and Taiwan. Based on data from the company in 2015 the company produced an estimated 5,706 tons, in 2016 fish production decreased by 8.7% or equivalent to 4,836. in 2017 it increased by 11% or equivalent to 5,936 tons. And in 2018 decreased by 3% or equivalent to 6,236 tons. The OMAX and TLS methods are used to measure and evaluate how much value is achieved by the company. The data used are input data including finished products, labor, machine hours, electrical energy, raw materials and complaint units. Data were collected using a pairwise comparison questionnaire. The weighting questionnaire results for each criterion were obtained by the OMAX method. There are 5 criteria for input and output factors. Based on productivity assessment results, the ratio V has the highest weight of 0.32.
