- The purpose of this studying was to determine the effect of population, economic growth, inflation and the number of industries on local tax revenues in Malang in 2005-2017. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression method. The result showed that simultaneously all four independent variables, namely, population, economic growth, inflation and the number of industries significantly influence the Malang City local tax revenues in 2005-2017.Based partially on that Population Number has a significant effect on the Local Tax Revenue of Malang City in 2005-2017 with a probability value of 0.0036 <0.05. Economic Growth has a positive effect on the significant Regional Tax Revenue of Malang City in 2005-2017 with a probability value of 0.0157 <0.05. Inflation has no significant effect on Malang City Local Tax Revenue in 2005-2017 with a probability value of 0.2201> 0.05. The number of industries has a significant effect on Malang City's Local Tax Revenues in 2005-2017 with a probability value of 0.0025 <0.05.
