- The purpose of this study is to describe the discipline, motivation, and performance employees of CV. 3 Berlian. To determine the effect of discipline and motivation simultaneously on employee performance. To determine the effect of discipline and motivation partially on employee performance. To find out the strongest influence between discipline and motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of all employees CV 3 Berlian Mojokerto. The research sample amounted to 67 employees. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the work discipline of employees CV. 3 Berlian are included in the sufficient category. Employee motivation is included in the sufficient category. While the performance of employees in the low category. Variables of work discipline and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance. Variables of work discipline and work motivation have a partial effect on employee performance. Motivational variables have the strongest influence on employee performance compared to work discipline.
