  • This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover in Cafe Sawah Pujon Kidul employees. Sources of data collection using primary and secondary data. The population in this study is all of employees by a total of 56 employees included in the executor structure by using non-rules of sampling census method. Data analysis techniques using a range of scales, the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Job satisfaction result test only reaches the medium category. Organizational commitment result test lies in the low category. Turnover intention result test is on the high category. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect partially on turnover intention with a T-value of -3,381 <-1,673 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect partially on turnover intention with a T-count of -2232 <-1,675 and a significant value of 0.030 <0.05. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on the turnover of the agency with a T-count value of 6.665> 3.17 and a significant value of 0.003 <0.05
