The woman condition in general was depicted by descriptive analysis using table. The objective of this research was to know age factor effect, education level, salary level, and amount of family that effect to woman participation known by work time of 
woman in household industry. The change of dependent variable (work time) to independent variable (age, education level, salary level, and amount of family) used 
double linier regression analysis. 
The characteristic of woman social economic in this research was short view of woman employee in household industry batik Gedog include work time of responder, age, 
education level, salary level and amount of family. The average of work time of woman 39,5 hours a week. The average age was 32 years, most of the woman graduated from 
elementary school (SD) and junior high school (SMP). The average of salary Rp. 31.000,- a week and most of family amount 5 people. 
The percentage of economic condition as base of woman works was 62,5%. Allocating daily time between work in batik and household was used more to work. They work 6,5 hours a day. Contribution of craftswoman in household was 25 50%. Amount of 75% responder said that they contribute 25-50% to the family economics. 
From regression analysis known that variable of salary had most dominant effect to work time of woman in household industry. Salary level variable had significant effect to 
dependent variable. So that higher of salary make higher of work time of woman in house hold industry. 
Although education had significant effect to work time, the relationship was inversely proportional. It means that higher education of woman make lower work as craftswoman. 
Age level and amount of family had no significant effect to work time.
