- This research is aimed to analyze the effect of dividend policy, investment decisions, and debt policy on corporation value which is registered in Indonesia stock exchange, this research gets 103 samples of manufacturing company that is registered in indonesia stock exchange. The population of this study is go public company and dividing the typical dividend every year. The sampling method of this research uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistic, classic assumption test, f test, and t test. The result of this research shows that dividend policy brings positive effect to corporation value, investment decisions has positive effect to corporation value, and debt policy gives positive effect to corporation value.
