- Perum BULOG is a state – owned public company engaged in food logistics. Scheduling at Perum BULOG is related to planning the time of movement activities so that the completion time can be estimated. This study aim to determine an analyze the scheduling of national movements in 2018. The analytical tool used the Gantt Chart, Check Sheet, and Qualitative Analysis. The results of the study showed that the scheduling of national movements in 2018 are 93 logistics orders. Of the total logistical orders that have entered, as many as 56 logistical orders have been extended due to loading at the sender’s warehouse, lack of space in the receiving warehouse, distance, and fleet limitations. Thus, efforts to resolved problems related to the scheduling of the national movement in 2018 are creation of a commodity transportation queue schedule, the addition of recipient warehouse space, the addition of estimated commodity delivery times, and the addition of Perum BULOG partners.
