- This study entitled "Analysis of Sectoral Absorption of Labor in East Java province. "Research objective was to determine the factors that influence the sectoral employment in the province of East Java and find out what the sector that absorbs labor's most lots in East Java Province. The analysis tools to determine the factors that influence the sectoral employment in the province of East Java is a multiple linear regression analysis with three independent variables which uses econometric models of Economic Growth (X1), Investment (X2), Wages (X3) and employment (Y). While for mngetahui know Which sector to absorb labor is the most widely using the analysis of the contribution of the sector in labor absorption (MCC). From the results of this study that the Economic Growth, Investment, and Wage significant impact on employment. While the primary sector to absorb the most labor, namely the industrial sector, PHR, and the agricultural sector. Of the three sectors, the agricultural sector is the sector to absorb the most employment in other sectors.
