- The purpose of this research is to find out; 1. Policy on the implementation of the school of peace in the formation of the character of state high school students 1 sugiharas, bojonegoro regency, 2. This type of research uses a qualitative research approach. Location of SMA Negeri 1 Sugihwaras, Bojonegoro Regency. Research methods using a qualitative approach using the technique of collecting documents, interviews, and observation. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis techniques. Research result; the policy of implementing peace schools in sugihwaras 1 public high school is first to build a peaceful culture in the classroom, a peaceful culture in Extracurricular activities and a peaceful culture in the school environment but and the conclusions obtained; The policy for the implementation of the school of peace, there are quite a number of obstacles faced by the lack of participation of student guardians, the sustainability of the Program, and funding factors. The solution in overcoming these obstacles is by utilizing information technology, Making legal formal and building cooperation with outside parties and including the activity plan in the school activity plan and budget.
