- The purpose of this research is to analyze the raw materials, length of work, and capital on the productivity of the mega overcast batik makers of Cirebon. The data used are primary data crossection in the form of interviews, direct observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive qualitative, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (partial t test, simultaneous F test, and coefficient of determination), and the classic assumption test. The results of the partial t test on raw material variables have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of craftsmen while the length of work has a positive and significant effect and the capital variable has a positive and significant effect on craftsman productivity. Then from the F test results simultaneously on the raw material variables, length of work, and capital have a positive and significant effect on productivity with an F-count of 49.60590> F-table of 2.99. With a coefficient of determination of 0.851274 or 85%.
