- Social Constrtuction of migrant worker prospective to abroad happened due to of the successness of TKI who went home to hometown in Senduro District, Lumajang Regency. This place was able to be the base area for sending migrant worker to abroad. All of them who went home to hometown, they brought success especially financial field. Although they went there did not by official procedure from PJTKI but they went by scalper services that called “tekong”, however a lot of them also got success, that mean they could back home with brought result. That was a motivation for migrant worker prospective to go off abroad to be TKI. This research used qualitative method with appruching study approximation method, the king of descriptive research, research subject was determined by purposive sampling that is taken by sample from the people who called master of the problems that researched. To stopped the varian data collection, so sought data saturation by theoritical sampling. Then researcher chose the subject who could representative and gave the explanation about “Social Construction of migrant worker prospective to abroad from the successness of TKI in Senduro District, Lumajang Regency”. As a subjects in this research were community in Senduro District that never went to be TKI, also domiciled in Senduro District. While the informants were the people out of the subjects and could gave the information about this research. This research showed the result that happen Sosial Construction to migrant workers prospective for the succes of TKI to abroad in Senduro distric Lumajang Regency. Base on the theory social construction wich has three phases those are externalization, objektivation and internalization. By the three phases wich is presented by externalization, objektivation and internalization that is get process TKI in abroad to Senduro society in Lumajang regency. In this case seem from the people who interested and the season from migran.
