The results of the development that the tarragon plant should be reproduced vegetatively, from plant parts such as stems, roots, bulbs, and leaves. The success of cuttings can be done with the addition of growing regulatory substances, the growing regulator contains organic compounds that are synthesized in one part of the plant body and transferred to other parts in low concentrations as well as elicit response Physiology, and morphology.&#xD; The study aims to determine the influence of the use of some naturally occurring regulatory substances and the prolonged immersion of the growth of tarragon plant cuttings. This research was held in May-July 2019 at the experimental garden Faculty of Livestock Farming University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Experiments were conducted using the group random Design (RAK) factorial. The first factor is the ZPT type coconut water, shallot extract, and Rootone F. The second factor is the length of immersion which is 4 hours, 9 hours, and 12 hours. The observation variables consist of the percentage of life cuttings (%), plant height (cm), trunk diameter (mm), number of leaves (strands), number of shoots, number of branches, and number of roots.&#xD; The results showed that the treatment of ZPT type had no real effect on the plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, number of shoots, number of branches, and the number of roots.
