- This study aims to minimize tardiness by using the Cross Entropy-Genetic Algorithm method with a little modification to the crossover process that uses PMX2 method. Researchers propose this method to minimize the tardiness experienced by printing companies and will be compare the results. The parameters determined are N (Number of sample), ρ (Rarity parameter), a (Smoothing coefficient), Pps (Crossover parameter), β (Dismissal criteria) With these parameters, an experiment is carried out to get the smallest tardiness. The proposed CEGA algorithm proves that the smallest tardiness is obtained from this calculation with an efficiency value of 34,6169 %.
