- This research is a research that develops a learning media that is used for grade IV elementary school students named Pamet "Metamorphosis Board" media. This media is a board that shows the butterfly metamorphosis process that can be used for the theme 3 sub-themes 2 learning 1 product trials conducted at Sumbersari 1 Elementary School Malang. This study aims to (1) develop Pamet learning media (2) find out the effectiveness of Pamet learning media. This study uses a type of R&D (Research and Development) research with the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Development, Design, Implementation, Evaluation). The data source chosen was grade IV students of SD Negeri Sumbersari 1 Malang in the academic year 2019/2020 with the number of students 36. This research was conducted in the first semester on October 3, 2019 at SD Negeri Sumbersari 1 Malang. The data obtained will be processed using two types, namely quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data to determine the effectiveness and validity of the media. qualitative data to infer the data obtained. The results of the study showed that through pretest and posttest conducted using pamet media, it was stated that pamet media was declared effective. Evidenced by the results of the average post-test score was 75.13 greater than the average pretest score of 55.22. Through the results of this study, Pamet learning media is suggested as a reference in the teaching and learning process in the hope that it can support the success of learning in elementary schools.
