- Plastic waste is a garbage derived from the packaging of the waste plastic containers from human activities, plastic waste can defame the environment if not in the response. The design method that authors use in this final task is the design method according to Pahl N Beitz consisting of identification of problems, data collection, location of case study, procedure of calculation and design Results in the design of the plastic crusher machine is found the diameter of the knife is 212.3 mm with a knife length of 100 mm, height 31 mm, the number of pieces of knife is 46 fruit with the number of rounds of knife 126 rpm and motor rounds of 1400 rpm, electric motor power of 1.5 Hp, the style that works on the knife is 519 N, hence the torque of 68,8.
